Why should this appeal be considered?: I am really trying to learn the game again. i used to play and be apart of Evo Map when it was playable on Perpheads.
I grabbed 600-800 packs of Cocaine and i was looking for the location for the drugdealer.. i checked my texts..found where he was..it seemed extremely dangerous so i grabbed my glock.. got in my car.. turned on Drill innit and prepared myself to meet the drugdealer and hopefully not get robbed going alone again.. I was ready this time..trying not to lose the big stash.. before i had lost only 100 pack of coke..but this time was serious and nobody was going to take my gear.. i headed down and parked across from the hospital.. walked slowly and then starting jogging down stairs while pulling out my glock 17.. i get down to the edge of the stairs and i hear a gun being cocked.. or some metallic object being touched...I saw a guy with another black steel handgun.. He started looking at me and i said "bro put it down what r u doing?"..."I said put ur hands up!!!" (He said u areant allowed to rob me and broke the immersion)... I saw him talking to drug dealer moments ago.. i shot him after he raised his gun and gave him a chance to surrender.. he shot me back.. we exchanged gunfire with him laying in a pool of his own blood.. i ran back to my car and stashed my gun..Ran back to the bathroom DD location.. i took his gun ejected the magazine and put a fresh mag in.. realizing it was wasnt fresh .. it felt light and i only had half of my rounds in his guns.. i feared him someone heard the shots id have to give up and take the heat..of an unfortunate situation.. i contemplated turning my self in and going to police... knowing that the police could get to me at anytime.. i placed him in the 2nd stall in the womens bathroom.. I heard him moaning and bleeding out so i left him to his fate.. i got in my car.. sold my properties and waited to skip town and hear something on the news... i didnt hear anything and realized i might of gotten clean of a murder that i had commited.. i never meant to hurt him and i really wished he understand the situation i was in.. i had just witnessed joey costello being murdered in a shootout and i didnt want to end up like joey.. i didnt want to get so deep to where i was fearing for my life.. just to sell some drugs and to have to take another human life to do it..
( I am truly sorry man... i dont even know ur name but i remember what u looked like for the most part... i told u when u were laying in ur own blood that i was sorry and i didnt want to have to do this..i put real emotion into that scenario.. i was not trying to break the rules man)
I am having a really hard time understanding where the rules show that i could rob or mug someone when they had a gun out... i just was in fear of my life and didnt want to lose my life in the rp and i was playing accordingly.. i am part of an org aswell.. and i have been robbed and mugged at drugdealer.. and shot and killed there... i have medal tv now so i will start recording so u guys can tell that i am dedicated and i wanna be honest and do the right thing in the roleplay. I am really sorry for causing in trouble by this i never i saw rule about not killing someone that wont allow u too mug or rob them

Beware: All nine locations and their surroundings are hot spots for muggings and robberies. Refer to the mugging map for more information. This location is inside the pedestrian tunnel under the Intersection between the Police Department ... ( I found that just typing in google search) ---->>>> I have checked the rules and cant find any rule that says u cant mug or rob anybody that is in the muggable areas in the green zone.. this happened in a muggable area with bathrooms DD by PD underground.
