Why were you punished?: 2.5, 3.4 - User tried to mug another player when they had a firearm out and then started opening fire on them and killed them.
Why should this appeal be considered?: The original 2.5, 3.4 issue that started all this.. i looked it all over and i have realized that players in game can lie to u as part of the roleplay.. "The kid saying u cant rob me" Literally made it seem like he was trying to get out of robbing him that is why that all happened.. I literally looked at rules and the mugging map before i did any of this and i know that i broke the no robbing or mugging someone with a gun out.. I thought it was allowed and was confused about the rules.. It should of been a lesson.. warning.. shorter ban.. i have never not been willing to talk to admins in the reports and to make sure i understand everything ask questions.. i was trying so hard that night to not mess anything up.. i even contacted an admin about construction so i didnt get banned for that.. My intentions have not changed since i joined back.. id like to be part of the roleplay community again... i didnt realize how much stuff has changed with rules.
1.4 - Extended due to inappropriate conduct on the forums by making an inconsiderate post that disrupted the respectful tone of a memorial thread and causing issues. -- Extended by A1L for causing problems, disrespectful behaviour - appeal once you've grown up ---- ------->>>> A1L said that i made inconsiderate conduct on the forums by showing my condolences for a member who had passed away recently. I didnt see any post on there besides for the maker of the thread..and one reply.. I was kind of suprised too see nobody else had replied to it.. i decided to reply since i have been part of the community in the past and am just getting back in...
Never once did i disrupt or disrespect the tone of a memorial thread.. im a veteran i was in the army and i served my country and i lost my friend b4 he ever got a chance to deploy.. so its really hard when someone is sitting there telling u ur disrespecting the dead when i have never done such thing in my entire life... A1L is lieing and saying that he did not extended the ban.... --->

Once i saw that i had 6 day ban from 3 day turned to 6 days.. i thought it was completely unfair when i did not disrespect a memorial thread.. A1L Sat there on my forum apology while banning me from the forum so i couldnt even see what was going on.. further confusing me about my ban.

I never accused him of extending my ban i told him thats what he did because i saw it...He literally lied about saying he extended my ban.. and u can see in the apology that he extended the ban...The original ban extension was done by A1L for the memorial thread which was not right at all for him to do... and i also got a forum ban with it... i reintroduced myself to community..posted a couple replies on threads and while i was browsing i saw the memorial thread.. If nobody was supposed to reply on the thread it should of been locked.
So i do think that A1L abused his admin power and lied to get this done.. i have been nothing but be respectful on the server and on the forum..and discord server .I never insulted A1L in server..discord server or in forum. His admin does not exceed outside of those areas...
With all this information and proof showing that i never disrespected someone on a memorial thread..and my opinions outside the community. I should not be held to a permanent ban.. if i had to accept that the perception of what i was said was distasteful then i can live with that.. but i cant live with someone lying and saying that i disrespected the dead...and im pretty sure any one of u would of been asking urself how ur condolences towards someone in a community ur supposed to be included (Inclusive) in turned into A1L banning me because i came and used the forums after a ban?
It sounds excessive and it doesnt sound right.. Please take notice of this and look into this for me as i can currently see that the situation has spiraled out of control... i went off that night on my own to do my own thing and play some xbox... i didnt even bother going back on the forums until the next morning when i saw i was permanently banned.
I think this whole situation could be settled talking about it and getting both sides of the story and mediated appropriately.
Additional Information: I think telling another grown man to grow up is literally only instigating a situation that could of been handled maturely.
