Why should this player be punished?: We just cuffed him because he was wanted. Then, his friend from the apartment started shooting from the window and killed three officers. Ching Wang ran over to the window and used himself as a body shield for his friend.

i was trying to tell my friend to open the door but i was getting shot by a cop when cuffed cause he thought i was armed
 
also when i was att the door i want to add that that officer far away was fucking shooting me i was not att the window than i was at the door so i moved behind the pillar asking my friends to open the door and then i see cop getting another angle i dont know what u want me to do in this situation i got shot by ur fellow officer already so i cant be breaking 3.4 as i was also warranted

After viewing the situation from a different POV, it's clear that he didn't intentionally try to make himself a body shield for his friend who was inside. However, you should not be in the line of fire from either intentional or accidental shots when you're not directly involved in a shootout. The user will be receiving a short ban for their actions due to their record for 3.4
