Item was confiscated so there is no need for retrieval.
Item was lost due to a player stalling under gunpoint and refusing zipties for minutes on end, which lead to the user's death from an officer who witnessed it later on.

Please make a Refund Request F6 next time there is an Admin+ on the server so they can issue the refund.
