Since this is a refund request for items you had lost due to a mugging which broke the server rules I will have to get the player to refund you or transfer me the items so you can receive your lost items in the end. The person disconnected by the time I had handled your report, also considering the fact that they received a ban.

If I cannot reach the person after some considerable amount of time I will be accepting this which is then you will be able to get your refund through usual means.
