Why were you punished?: 1.2 - Called someone a queer in a derogatory manner.
Why should this appeal be considered?: So basically i had a group of 10 people who just stand together mic spamming. After my 5th interaction with the group. They were repeatedly yelling "Fuck You" and "We are gonna fuck you up"
I know i shouldnt have said it.
For context i come from a very outdated country compared to america.
I had been playing for 12 hours that day on my best behavior.
Mid argument as the 10 guys were saying "Fuck you fuck you"
I started thinking about men fucking me and i casually said while driving off |
"That is queer"
Im sorry at the time i was not thinking about a dislike for gay people i was just trying to be funny.
I understand that homophobia is a hard line in the sand but this was just a slip of the tongue when i was trying to insult someone back. I really dont think one word that i am hearing every day in real life should get me a 3 month ban.
I was playing on the server months ago and i got a similar ban for using a the F slurr while in a firefight
Keep in mind in my country people still use this word constantly.
And at the time i was drunk playing, Since then i have decided to only play sober.
And im really sorry i let the word queer slip out once. I am actively trying to remove these words from my vocab but it is difficult.
Another note
The clip of me saying it is about 3 seconds long.
Is this allowed to rage bate people and then edit out all of your parts?
They have now removed the 3 second clip.
I really hope you can give me another shot.
Additional Information: The only game my girlfriend wants to play with me right now and she wont play without me. shes not big into games but i want unbanned for her sake also <3
