Why should this player be punished?: The player does not do his job correctly as an courier, dropped off an unsigned package to me and then told me to pick it up and just left, the link below is a DEMO and it happens around 5 to 10 minutes before the end of it

Please provide an actual tick number so the staff member who takes this can directly go to the area, or clip it yourself with medal, OBS, ETC.
Go into the demo and type "demoui" into the console and the tick number is located inside the box.

I've reviewed the demo, it seems the player did not put the package actually fully inside the van and just had it inside the back not fully seated. They drug it all the way inside to you without doing so, so the package was basically as if you were to just walk to the delivery place yourself and try and get it.

I will attempt to contact the user about this on steam as they have no forum account.

I couldn't get in contact with them on steam, however, after review of the demo the user seemingly unintentionally didn't fully seat the package in the van. The user was confused as to why you couldn't actually take the package as well and kept telling you to pick it up.

No punishment will be issued as the courier didn't do this out of malice quite clearly, and was more likely an accident and confusion-based scenario.
