Why should this player be punished?:
Joshua Black, was standing on the window whilst being warranted seemingly seeking shootout, I don't know if he was seen by accident prior by a cop which made him stand on the window and started shooting cops.

The reason we were around southgate was because a cop reported there were wanted cars outside of industrial 3, while we were outside of industrial 3, Officers were getting shot from southgate.

The users started building their base when there was an ongoing shootout and they were being actively breached.

Well, I started the shootout as it was quite obvious they knew it was us as we was warranted for the bank raid, as for the building of base, we had only just bought southgate and just placed down a barricade in the heat of the moment.

Involved: I called out the cars it was not obvious until you literally started shooting at us there was mild suspicion until you guys started shooting cops for virtually no reason therefore leading to your property being breached and all of your org dying. You escalated the situation and gave your position away for no virtual reason by breaking 3.4 and getting your org killed in the entire process by making us raid you

It's not classed as a 3.4 break, as they clearly recognised ALL of us as 4 of us were warranted all wearing green, they clearly saw me through the window constantly staring at me which is what gave me the reason to shoot them as they clearly recognised us.
