Why should this player be punished?: User stole a car (Chopshop) Then started shooting when it was spiked, he then told us in OOC that he shot because and i quote "[OOC] Agent_XD: I was securing money? illegally?"

Clip was during the incident ryo accidently ran me over saving my life!

There is little else prior to this incident. Agent_XD passed me on the left in the parker tunnel going a gorillion miles per hour before ending up in an RTC with cops out of my sight, then engaging in a shootout with police moments later. This is the unfortunate incident I stumble upon while responding to an unrelated incident.

I can only assume this was a chop shop vehicle given that the impound notice provided no name, and the fact that the vehicle didn't have a violent neon color that players traditionally pick for their vehicles.

@starcraft76 please explain your actions, you have 24 hours to do so.
Even though I have pinged the user and he has a forums account, he has not used it in a while, so I will be attempting to contact them over Steam and Discord as well.

Yes hello I haven't gotten the notification about this anywhere @Vollgas I acknowledge I was in the wrong there, but I just think personally this is just kind of stupid.

Been thinking about it all night it's just that how can I not be armed in a situation like that when you are doing a dark web mission and expect me not to be waving a gun?

The rules are pretty clear on the matter: 2.5 states you cannot shoot the police for a crime with a typical sentence of under 7 years. Since you have admitted your wrongdoing, I will only be issuing a warning. If you feel this rule should be changed, you can always make a suggestion.
