Why should this appeal be considered?: The cop re arrested after he told me to leave because his mate ran behind my car while I was reversing for no reasons. then stop to make sure his okay and he GP me out of the car even tho I was already stopped.
He cuff's me and says words we can barely understand, at 30 eseoncds he says i am free to go there for i leave, when i aproch my car he says dont run so i walk, at this point he cuffed me and uncuffed me twice hwe said i was free to go so i left, after that he shoots my car aldo he was the one who uncuffed me and told me to leave.
Additional Information: At 32 seconds he says get out of here and proceed's to uncuff me witch leads me to think i was free to go, tickets where already given to me.
Concerning the other matter of my ban i dont have the video proof to defend myself aldo since i owned subvs house 2 i decided to flank to cops from there since there were drugs inside that I was protecting
