Why should this player be punished?: Dude stole my car and then tiered it to tier 3 wreck (write off) asked in-game, guy was offline so told to make an AR

3.15 Driving and Damaging Vehicles
Players must always drive on the correct side of the highway. Vehicles - stolen or otherwise - must be driven to the best of a player’s ability so as to avoid collisions. There may be valid reasons not to do so, where the benefits outweigh the risks. Ramming a car out of a parking space solely to claim said space is not allowed.

i don't recall this situation fully but if I remember right, the car i stole was too fast and i lost control and crashed, i died in the crash and it was an honest accident.

i live in the US so my ping is always 200+ so input lag while driving is an issue i've been trying to work on
