I have spoken to the user in-game. They admitted what they did was wrong and apologized. I informed them about Rule 3.4 and the guidelines regarding gunpoint. They promised not to do it again.

The user will receive a warning.
3.4 – The user failed to comply while under gunpoint and instead pulled out their own gun, which led to their death.
