Why should this player be punished?: I am only reporting this player at this moment in time, as the other player while being a complete nobhead did not really break any rules as far as im aware, I was ticketing someone for telling me to leave as they wanted to break the law so I tried to put him in cuffs, the guy in question just starts shooting me outta nowhere
