Why should this player be punished?: Dexter Morgan was continueusly calling users quote "Retard" End-quote in RP for no reason prior to my recording. after i start it they continue being disrespectful constantly for no real reason. after i mentioned in in LOOC the user proceeded to continue the disrespectful behaviour in LOOC and voice directed at myself.

melisscarbone ran into PD for no reason getting in the way of an arrest leading to a tresspassing charge. the user also was constantly making disrespectful and sexual remarks over voice chat to myself.

After i jailed both users i made an F6, the users had disconnected before staff could talk with them. i was told to make this AR here.

Both users currently do not have a forums account or a linked Discord profile. I will attempt to contact them via Steam and in-game. They will have 72 hours to respond.

After reviewing the video, I've concluded that the comments were directed at you personally, not your roleplay character. While some disrespectful language may be acceptable in a playful, in-character context, these out-of-character comments violate community rules and are unacceptable.

The rules broken by Johnathon Johnny are: 1.1, 3.21
Johnathon Johnny kept showing disrespectful behavior. Even after being told to stop via LOOC, he kept going, I also included Rule 3.21, as the insults he used had nothing to do with the roleplay scenario and were clearly meant to provoke you in a very disrespectful and personal way.

The rules broken by Bradley Watts are: 1.1, 2.8, 3.21
Bradley Watts, a very young-sounding player, used very vulgar language, saying, "suck my private parts." This was shocking to hear, especially from someone of his age. Again, the insults were meant to provoke you and had nothing to do with the roleplaying scenario.

Johnathon Johnny will receive a 1-Month ban.
1.1, 3.21 - The user acted very disrespectfully during his arrest. Even when told to stop in LOOC, he continued, using vulgar language that had nothing to do with roleplay or in-character motives.

Bradley Watts will receive a 1-Month ban.
1.1, 2.8, 3.21 - The user acted very disrespectfully toward another player, using very vulgar language, what he said had nothing to do with the roleplay or in-character motives, and telling him to "suck his private parts."
