Why should this player be punished?: Yesterday user walked into a shootout between me and police, even tho it was quiet for a little bit there was still a pile of bodies outside the apartment and i wasnt done looting it. He then proceeded to just open the door and peek me like he is a cop and has a weapon, even tho that he is unarmed. He is breaking 3.4

I was looking for my apartment i had bought one of them and i was watching youtube in the background so i didnt hear anything and i beleive there were no shots for like 1 min or 2 so i didnt think there was still a ongoing raid i just thought its old one. im very sorry and i did not mean to do anything wrong here i did not mean to counter or anything. i was also trying to see if there were any peple still inside thats why i peeked like i did i was going in with cauction
