Description of the Bug: G-Wagon top speed differs ingame from script

How to reproduce the Bug: Drive G-Wagon

Time Stamp: Now

Errors: G-Wagon maxes out at ~105 but vehicle script says:
"MaxSpeed" "122"

122 makes much more sense for a car that costs $4,000,000+ $2,000,000 in upgrades

max speed is 122 for max upgrade. i own a stock non upgrade that goes 105 just fine. i believe this may already be fixed as i saw people mentioning it in OOC
