Why should this player be punished?: Player Tim Birley shot another user for no reason after there was a callout that the PD is here.
Player Tim Birley also admitted that he only wanted to question the user he killed and he didn't have any reasons to kill the user.

u r telling me shooting a guy after a callout that PD is in the area without a valid reason to even shoot or gunpoint the guy in the first place is not against the rules?
couldnt he just ask the guy instead of gun pointing him?

why was he gunpointed in a public area with the only reason being to get info from him?
is that not against the rules?
