Suggestion Title: Auto-Save Demo before Ban
Suggestion Description: Make the ban command execute a forced demo restart before banning to ensure that players who are punished have the fair opportunity to replay their demos to dispute if needed.
Why should this be added?:

- fairness
- Allow players to replay their demos naturally
- Helps people who forget
- Helps both sides investigate
What negatives could this have?:

What problem would this suggestion solve?: Demos nothing saved due to banned players forgetting or not getting the chance.
