Why should this player be punished?: When I went out of my base in bunker to the main sewers area, I stumbled upon AceAbo and I was shot. I didn't get to say a word or anything.

Mine and my friend's gun were both confiscated due to this weird interaction. He died to an org member of mine almost immediately after killing us.

My gun was in passive and so was yours. I have no idea why you would decide to start shooting me because I saw drugs. I was basically there for 2 seconds.

If your drugs were just there, I would've taken them. Of course, I had no intentions of taking them once I saw that you were there. What does that have to do with you shooting me anyway?

This was discussed with a few other staff.

Although we can understand @AceAbo their pov, we do believe that while growing or defending drugs in the sewers you take some kind of risk of people discovering you, giving them the chance to make a first attempt or ignore the people defending the drugs.

Just KOS anyone getting near drugs you’re defending is definitely too far and falls under 2.5.

For this, Ace will receive a warning for 2.5.

@teby if your gun is still not back in your possession, please open a direct message on the forums with me so I can retrieve it when im next available.
