Why were you punished?: "3.4 - Player killed someone who he had KOS on but there were police in the area which he failed to investigate"
Why should this appeal be considered?: When I opened my door and saw the person that mugged me and raided my friend's base. He seemed to be leaving the base that my friend owned and there were no cops in the area and there were no shots being fired. I started shooting at this person as I had KOS on him. He started firing his gun only after being hit by my bullets (plus you'll hear that his shots were the only other shots audible, as I was the only one shooting at him). The cop(s) in question were quite far away from the area I shot him from, I didn't know they were present as they were out of my line of sight and not inside of the hicktown area.
