Why should this player be punished?: This person was im assuming wanted for a crime, (I was downstairs being a fat fuck and getting my order) i come back to this person saying they have a nade, no other weapons on them as far as im aware, the person in question then said in OOC that they wanted to die during it to avoid a prison sentence, I beleive this would classify as 2.5 and 3.4 and they had a blantent disregard for there own life

I Was wanted there was drugs in the apartment i was wanted for 9.5 for raiding slums 2 and 1 killing the suspect in 1 and mugging a suspect in 2 i ran to my apartment when they came for me i had the grenade to stop them from coming in they didn't believe me i was never going to throw it just hold it in my hand to allow me to get away as a bargaining chip as soon as i was to get away my goal was to throw the grenade away from the area to allow me to escape but my goal was to avoid jail without dying but as i was killed i avoided jail anyway because i was also going to as soon as i was to get away go pick up my friend from CH And pick up our shit and move somewhere else i was playing within the rules to try and get away from being jailed by bargaining my escape my point is i wasnt going to kill myself or the officers i just didnt want to get killed or go to jail but i didnt want to die to avoid jail i wanted to be free but a wanted free man because i knew regardless i would of been arrested later on in the future
