Why should this player be punished?: Initial Incident - I killed a raider on exterior of Regals from Highway as PD - by the time I got there gun was gone so did some basic investigatory work. Upon questioning Regals 5 (Patrick's property) he began screaming profusely that I had "already killed him" so I needed to fuck off. After informing the user I cannot use this information due to NLR via LOOC. He requested that I stopped being stupid and left. I refused to do so and asked him to engage in the investigation properly, at which point he tried wall banging me multiple times which lead to a raid on his property resulting in his death.
Second Incident - After I entered the property he retreated into the bedroom where his drugs were stored and harvested his drugs to avoid losing them. I am not entirely confident on the timing of this so if staff could check logs I'd appreciate that. The clip in my evidence link is for the wall banging, the clip in this section is to prove the shootout was still active and he had not cleared the property.
