Why were you punished?: 2.5 - User killed another player who was not posing a threat to him, because he thought he was holding a gun when he wasn't.
Why should this appeal be considered?: First off im very sorry, and i want to apologize to both the player i mugged, the iron man i shot, and all the staff that has spent time on this.
I want to make it clear that i did not shoot him to be cruel or anything like that, i thought he had a gun, and in hindsight he couldnt even have had one since he had that suit on if im not mistaken so the fault is completely on me. It just happened in the moment and i should have thought twice before just shooting him, but in the heat of the moment it just happened and i am sincerely VERY sorry for it.
Even though the 5.1 part of my ban has already been removed, i want to apologize for mugging the other person, who i now realise was just buying those halloween costumes at the npc i wasnt aware of at the tree, and i look forward to be able to give him his items back.
Im not expecting my whole ban to be removed, but i hope that i can maybe get unbanned a little bit before, so that i can enjoy the awesome halloween events with my friends and the community.
