Why were you punished?: for shooting someone at my fight club, when i was behind cover

Why should this appeal be considered?: Just a ridiculous ban really. We ran a fight club (which got lots of attention) and everyone was having fun and messing about.

There was someone who broke the rules of the fight club and they agreed if they broke the rules they would be shot. so i shot them behind a barricade. (I thought i was hidden)

I didn't know the cops had direct line of sight, i thought i could take the shot and drop my gun (in the crowd of 20 people) and i could easily slip away (which i did, so clearly it wasn't 3.4 if i planned out out??)

I just find this so silly. I was trying to host an event which got loads of attention and everyone was having fun and just being a bit silly.

Additional Information: what about the 20 other people that punched/shot and killed cops ? will you be issuing bans and warnings for all of them?
I guess not?

Involved - Anyone who was shot in the process of fight club (contestants wise) all consented thoroughly, the fights were to the death anyways so they all expected to be dead.
We double checked this at the later established Church Fight Club and everyone agreed it was consensual and what they had signed up for.

Under rule 3.4, it states specifically;

Committing serious crimes within eyeshot of Police

During this scenario, you killed somebody unnecessarily, baring in mind that there were a total of two police vans that were parked up and officers walking around, observing what was going on.

This is something that you have to observe for yourself and determine whether there are or are not cops within a small vicinity of the area, or have a direct line of sight on you committing the serious crime, which you have failed to do.

I guess not?

Clearing up a concern that you have, other players were also spoken to and also punished by JJB for rules they had violated. If you have an issue regarding your punishment and it's excessiveness that you are claiming it to be, you are more than welcome to create a staff complaint on who punished you.

The 3.4 ban is deemed valid.
