Why should this player be punished?: It is worth noting, two individuals are listed above as they were both responsible for my death - Uncon'd & Finished.
Myself and my partner had witnessed a black Bugatti driving recklessly without any headlights whilst entering the highway from the City. We initiated lights and sirens as we entered onto the highway, however the individual driving failed to stop. We followed him off the highway, and round to Tidals Parking Lot where he eventually stopped and claimed "I couldn't stop on the Highway.". - It is worth noting that he could have pulled over at the exit of the Highway or even in the Bazaar Parking Lot. Regardless, a Traffic Stop was initiated.
Whilst speaking to the occupants of the car, the driver to be specific, Tommi Bingunna shot me and my colleague Uncon for no reason, and Johnny Pablo finished me off. This traffic stop was taken extremely out of hand, with neither person(s) showing any value for their life or for their friends around them.
There is absolutely no RP value in how this scenario was handled, as it was a routine traffic stop. Both players failed to show any consideration for 3.4 - Putting your Life at Risk as no lethal force was being used and a 7+ prison sentence certainly wasn't in the realm of possibility. I also believe this would fall under 2.5 - Excessive Negativity as both players decided to turn a traffic stop into a shootout, negatively effecting the environment around them and causing violence where it was not necessary.
