Why should this player be punished?: ***was referred by Bnjemann*** This guy jaywalked as i was cornering and he got dragged at the rear fender of my car unfortunately, wasn't intentional but his friend got angry. wasn't entirely sure if someone shoots my car my 2 options were to drive away or confront the situation with a gun, so i killed him and attempted to retrieve his weapon, then Tiko (the jaywalker) tried to kill me after i killed his friend (which is totally valid considering he didn't rdm me, not sure if it was motivated). First clip is the gunfight incident and the second clip is the same guy respawning to rdm me at bank. third link is them confronting me again.
