Why should this player be punished?: They mugged me in a public area, they are clearly new but they mugged me and then shot at some people then left the server when they died. If I can some how get my items back that would be nice but if not its ok thank you very much

The user has failed to add me back on steam within the timeframe that was provided.

They will be issued a warning for breaking 5.1 as they mugged you within one of the Business Shops which is disallowed, I have also noted all items that you lost, when the player is next online, they will be expected to return them to you.

5.1 Mugging

Players may mug up to 3 players per hour and cannot mug the same player twice within that time. Muggings must not occur in public view, after forcing someone out of it, or when the loss of profit is imminent. City Employees must not be mugged for money or items, and players cannot mug someone who has a weapon out.
CPR must not be used to revive someone solely for the purpose of mugging them.
Furniture, crafting materials, planter boxes, rare/seasonal items, and premium tokens must not be dropped during a mugging.
