Why should this player be punished?: Me and my friend broke into his house and friend tried to raid him. He was standing inside probably afk as his reaction was delayed. He blatantly refused to comply under gunpoint and pulled out his revolver in hopes of saving himself.

Even tho this was a week ago, I can admit to my wrongdoing and say that I did break gunpoint and realized it right away. I am quite new to the server and this was the first time I was caught in a situation like this. Its a shame that he took the time to pull up the demo files and even screen record for something that did not have any affect on his situation during the raid at all. Best case scenario he would've stolen some shit from me that's worth 10k in total.

I was on the server for a long time that day and there was plenty of time to make an f6 towards me for breaking gunpoint. Anyway since there is clear evidence showing that I broke gunpoint I'll let the admins decide on how they proceed with this.
