Why were you punished?: For accidently running a person over.

Why should this appeal be considered?: I accidently ran over another player while trying to squeeze through a gap. I'm disputing this as the incident was an accident and was caused by lag i was experiencing all night so upon driving past the player i accidently went into him. i also was not aware a ticket was still out for this as i spoke to an admin who gave me a warning so i thought the situation was resolved. Because of these reasons ide like to know if its possible i be unbanned?

I Would of called the police but a police car pulled up straight away so i parked down the road and proceeded to speak to an officer. There wasn't a demo the server was just very laggy for me last night and some other players i spoke to aswell. i had a lag spike the moment i drove past the player and told the officers this aswell.

The demo system is always recording unless you have deleted them from the phdemos folder, which would be against server rules. Please check the guide provided by @Creepis.
