Suggestion Title: New PD car (Toyota prius) for Senior officers
Suggestion Description: Add PD marked Toyota prius (could be other better car) for Senior patrol officers
Why should this be added?:
- Senior patrol officers need better cars since they only get very slow Unmarked Ford Transit when they get promoted from officer
