Why were you punished?: 3.4 - The user lingered around the area in which he had just killed a police officer, calling for his org to kos cops without trying to flee the scene, which he would've had ample time to do.
Why should this appeal be considered?: I don't believe I had any chance to escape in this situation, I called in my TeamSpeak that we needed to leave multiple times however my teammates were talking quite loud to each other and other people in the area so I had no help at all leaving. The officer had blocked my car so I had to attempt to run away at which point I was chased into an alleyway and out of stamina. I killed and finished the officer off and called for my teammates to KOS the police who were arriving, as I was out of stamina it would not have been viable for my to run across to fire station at the time as my appearance was known due to my warrant and I was out of stamina so any of the officers arriving to the life alert would have easily gotten to that location before I could have crossed the road and reached cover.
My other exit route was blocked off by the shotgun cop. In his POV you can see he left however I have know knowledge of his location and he has a shotgun in such a tight area so If I swing that I am most likely dead as I don't know if he has left or not. This leaves me no viable exit to get back to the vehicles or to safe place. So I waited to regain my stamina and get back to my friends who were fighting officers at the storage. By the time I get there it is only the last officer in Neon so we kill him and leave immediately after.
