Why should this player be punished?: (Happened about 3 days ago, I have just been super busy)
2.5 Tried to KOS me without a valid reason, which resulted in an unecassary shootout with police which resulted in my death
I believe it was just a mistake on his behalf this player has been relatively nice to me and is a funny guy. Another player who arrested me (The Peak) afterwards informed me that another user (Yaroslav) has a very similar car to me and that it could be related maybe he had KOS on him and not me. As a crim player, I get it mistakes happen but its still annoying considering I was helping my mate who was a new player sell and he almost lost 1k Weed because of the incident but managed to get away. I lost an MP7, just a pain in the arse
I understand I was speeding in the clip I did try to drift to avoid him, at first I thought maybe I tiered his car and wouldve been happy to pay for it until he became aggressive, but no I didnt even tier it its just a stupid crash caused by me speeding and him swerving into my lane to block me in? I assume because it was a mistaken identity situation
I can probably provide more context? Id need to know the demo. Unfortunately this clip cuts off before his friend jumps out after i try to flee on the highway, i shoot his friend and then cops show up watching me shoot him dead so I ended up shooting cops, entire situation was unnecessary. I hadnt interacted with this player in any way up to this point, or raided his org or had any reason for KOS
