Rough times and details such as, was it you that was effected ect
This makes it much easier to look into the matter as we can check if it is as stated, an overlap in respawning and dna being uploaded, or if something else is causing this issue.

Died at 21:08 GMT+1, DNA uploaded at 21:13:50, respawned at 21:13:35

This happens when a Medic/Supervisor is still scanning the DNA when you respawn. If you've respawned by the time they press upload, it will still be added to your record.
What would be the solution to this, would letting them know in /looc be the right way to go about it? And then making an f6 or get a Supervisor if possible to remove it if they can do that? (I dont play PD)
Surely going to jail for murder in your past life which can be 10k 10 years depending on the arresting officers mood after coming off a 5 minute blackscreen is excessive

Best way would probably be going through looc telling them u died, I would also ask for a corporal+ as they can remove warrants
