Why should this player be punished?: Every single time Declan Clements is warranted he cop baits, this includes reckless driving, slamming into cops cars, just driving around to get into pursuits, standing around in business and storage I don't understand why he keep getting allowed to come back when he's a massive repeat offender.

This time he made a 911 call inside the property, whilst he was warranted for bank robbery through the text call, this way we knew exact his location, and we tried pretending to be there just for the call, but they refused to answere and even open up(Cause they knew they were warranted), we then made our way up, and the moment I started talking they started wallbanging indicating they were very well aware of the warrant. Instead of Kate Collier making the 911 call, Declan did just to bait cops over there and start the raid on them. Which resulted in his death and the property owners death too.

Both getting an AR, cause both was aware of his warrant, and also let Declan make the 911 call and instead owning up to the mistake chose to just open fire on PD. When I wanted to give them a chance to just hand himself in without breaching.
