Why should this player be punished?: Andrew Otto came into PD and shot a new player in the head; after investigation, he claimed that guy punched his friend *very hard,* so he had to kill him. However, he could have done this anywhere else other than inside of the PD, where there were already officers on scene (which is me). After that, he was being a total minge, failing to comply and just yelling "10 toes" all the way to the jail cells.

For Hannah Levvy, he started punching me for no reason after I gunpointed Andrew Otto; even after multiple warnings with a revolver pointed at his head, he failed to comply and got a bullet to the head.

Andrew Otto has received a warning for 3.4 as they ran into PD and shot a civilian right in eyeshot of Police.

3.4 - User killed another user right in direct view of police, inside of the PD

Hannah Levvy will receive a punishment of a 3 day ban, due to two outstanding action requests on the user, both for 3.4.

3.4 - User picked up weapons whilst someone with a weapon in their hand was transporting them, which resulted in their instant death. In another situation, this user was gunpointed by an officer, but instead decided to punch them several times, again, resulting in their death.
