Why should this player be punished?: Killed the mayor for no reason. Claimed the tax was too high when it was at a reasonable level AND the mayor actually reduced tax

I killed him due to continuously high taxes and I gave him multiple warning via PLN and went to him in person to and asked him to. Left came back and then talked about killing him right next to him moments before he started this clip. I was getting no sales at my shop because of the sales tax so I made the ads and then killed him.
