Why should this player be punished?: The user has no intention to roleplay. For multiple hours he tried to troll every situation he was in. There were multiple major raids, and he stayed close to every one of them (don't have the clip). In one of the bank raids, even with the fact there were gunshots 2 steps from him, he failed to leave the area, and when ordered, he didn't listen. In another situation, a user seemingly ran from cops for no reason and tried to kill one when stopped.

FINLEY Please explain the situations in the clip:
1. Why did you fail to leave the area around bank when there was a massive amount of gunfire? Why did you proceed to not comply with the officers orders under gunpoint, claiming "you twisted your ankle"?
2. Why did you evade police in the first place during the second part of the video provided? Why did you then pull out your bat and attack the officers?

Ethem Could you please also shed some light on the charges FINLEY was facing when he ran away from the officers during the second half of the video?

Involved and Ethem asked me to respond to this

From my POV (me not ethem) I’m not entirely sure. I know officers had detained him for something and the suspect had requested a supervisor over the radio (the other 2 officers in the 2nd clip are the ones)
When we rolled up he just started running away then assaulted ethem. I had prior interactions with him throughout the night all just being a minge for no apparent reason so I severely doubt he did anything that was a 7+ year sentence up until he attacked ethem with the bat
 
MI BOMBOCLAAT As you were one of the officers chasing them before Ethem and Eric joined in, could you please let me know what the charges for Finley were?
 
1 i had fallen and was roleplaying a twisted ankle from awile ago 2 i was already in a situation where i had my bat out in stand off and was fleeing i already had my bat before

You cant roleplay a twisted ankle when theres a fricking war happening besides you. Even İf your legs are actually broken there was about 2 minutes of time you could have just walked away from that. Before we arrived there was already officers on scene they were fighting the raiders. But you decided to stay inside the area of the shoot out. You had no intentioj to roleplay that day. You were just a minge in every single situation. You also failed gunpoint multiple times that day but Im just too sick to get my demos right now and upload them.

I'm requesting your demo of that timeframe to review if you had committed any crime(s) that would justify the actions you have taken in the second half of the clip. You will be asked to submit said demo the next time you log onto the server.
 
I can’t rn I’m out but what had happened was I was chased my pooled to corner and had bat to hold them and ask for sup visor then as they where began to flee but then got so I tried to fight my way out

The user failed to react properly to the immediate threat of a massive gunfight erupting right next to them at bank. Furthermore, they "roleplayed" a sprained ankle when ordered to leave the area under gunpoint by police. This part of the AR will be accepted under rule 3.4.

As for the chase that happened later on, I cannot confirm beyond a reasonable doubt, whether Finley had a valid reason to pull their bat out and attack the present officers or not. As such I will not be taking any action for this.

Taking into account the amount of time that has passed since the AR was made (I'd also like to apologize for the delay while we're already at it), Finley will receive a warning for their actions.
