The issue I have is that someone is dead next to you already, meaning someone was there whom they aren't sure they killed yet.

You were already looking at the door, meaning they might have seen you before you peeked again.

Shots have already been fired from that area where you are standing.

I highly doubt he's cheating, as this doesn't really look sus but more like a peaker's advantage.
