Why should this player be punished?: I was in storage, Took out shotgun and side arm as was responding to org about a raid, I then proceeded to load both weapons, I did face him which was maybe not best idea but I was reloading the entire time and never said a word to him.. Storage Is not a raidable location, So what was I gonna do RDM him? I dont understood why he shot me when I was reloading In storage..

This is a weird one because from your POV it looks like I just gunned you down without any reason, but from my POV you ADS at me 2 times while im in storage you can see it beside the phone, then when I say what the fuck you start tracking me with the revolver so I was in fear I was just gonna get blasted randomly.

Seems like an animation bug? From your POV you are reloading but to me you literally follow me aiming it at me so it stressed me out, I can return the guns if you like considering the circumstances but I dont believe I broke any rules as from my POV you aimed down sights at me multiple times hence why I even said in LOOC to you after asking why you where adsing at me for a long period of time

Some communication would have been good... considering the location, If I did randomly start blasting you then Id be banned no doubt about it.

But seeing it from your perspective it does look like I'm aiming at you, Think because I had phone out game was bugging and didn't look like I was reloading. I thought you could tell I was reloading and killed my anyway which I can see now isn't the case.

I did communicate, I said what the fuck then from my POV you are blatantly aiming down sights a me so I acted in fear of life. If you didnt track me in my POV ofcourse I wouldnt of shot you. So at that point it had been 3 times you aimed down sights at me and then tracked me so it felt intentional

Im happy to give the guns back even if this gets denied because its a shit situation really, I dont believe I broke any rules though its just a perspective thing

Plus just because you can get banned for shooting me there randomly doesnt mean I shouldnt act in self defense if I feel my life is at immediate risk, 3.4 states you must value your life and within character my character has a guy aim a gun at him 2 times then when he verbally reacts to it he gets the gun pointed at him again and actively tracked with the gun while aiming down the sights which you generally only do if your trying to aim and shoot

You could argue 3.4 my gun was already drawn and you then you raised yours which would endanger yourself more. but as ive said above already I agree with you its a perspective thing. If i wasn't on my phone you would have clearly seen me reloading like it looked from my side, And would have given me more communication ( I hope) "what you looking at" "watch where you're pointing that thing" etc etc. In my head I'm like storage is safe space, I wasn't going to do shit, I was just reloading my weapon and looking at what weapon you just pulled out.

@Ash Wilson Sadly this is how revolvers work in PERP. We don't have any reload animations in place for them so it just does look like you're pointing a gun at @Mushroom for whatever reason. So next time aim at a corner, ceiling or floor, sadly there is no way for you to know this which is what led to this action request.

They are willing to refund you for this however so please accept it to receive your weapons back. Otherwise I see no reason for a punishment as this seems valid from @Mushroom perspective.
