Why should this player be punished?: They failed to stop at a stop sign close to the city gas station. I followed them and attempted to stop them. They then started running away from me and I attempted a pit maneuver and one of them jumped out and ended and ended up getting a small tap by my vehicle. Then I attempted to get him and got rammed over and shot by his friend. There was no DNA or reasons to evade police. The only DNA on record was on the owner of the vehicle, and he had already filed jail time for it.

Hello, Before shooting the officer around 30 minutes earlier I killed a guy at storage who was trying to kill my friend for stealing his car there was a SGT which I believe its Peter Cole who arrived 10 seconds after the murder and gun pointing my friend we managed to escape him. He is a SGT who has a DNA gun and 2 EMS arrived as we were fleeing the area this would give me probable cause to believe that I'm warranted as there was 2 EMS who could take DNA and 1 SGT therefore I told Brian I was 10 toes and we planned to kill the cop and run away before more cops start chasing us.

Gonna let the full clip from the situation, Resuming there was never dna because i went after 1 guy that was detained, checked the hospital to see if anyone got him up and then later on clip you can see ems got him up without dna.
there was never dna or evidences since EMS got him up.
