Why should this player be punished?: I had valid KOS on this user due to them stealing my car - I saw them get into it after they tried to get 15k off me for it's location. Broke 3.4 putting their life at risk by pulling out a weapon while under gunpoint

After reviewing the clip with a few other staff members, we have noticed that Floppa pulls his firearm at 2 seconds, at the same time that you pull your sawn off up,

As you can see the player has his weapon up the moment your weapon is pointed, as such this wouldn't be considered 3.4
However @Floppa next time you have an action request on you, reply to it, had @Headline not pointed this out, it would of likely been accepted.
