Non-residential IP error

Hello! I am trying to join the server but I can't, as it seems my IP gets detected as a non-residential one. In case it's of any help, my ISP mostly provides services for businesses.
Is there a way to sort this out?

Ensure you don't have any VPN's on, if you truly don't maybe contact Fredy/Bolli to get it sorted. It's just a preventative measure to stop ban evading

If any context is needed. I've played on the server for years. He's a friend of mine from spain, and his provider is Aire, which assigns Non-residential IP's.
- We checked the network and made sure nothing was installed and only his normal ethernet adapter was enabled
- Switched to the x64 chromium version
- The game is a fresh install, first with no addons and later with some perp addons
- We tried flushing the DNS

Planned:
- We can try to pull the router for 5-10min in hope to get a new IP assigned by the ISP.

Just to check has your friend tried using a mobile hot-spot to see if that allows him to connect?

I would try that, but I don't have a wifi adapter on my pc. :<

You're not able to join the server at all with a non residential IP if I remember correctly (like at all).

You don't need Wi-Fi, just plug it in with USB and enable USB-Tether. It's usually under Hotspot options or somewhere in the settings. Make sure to disable your actual ethernet card/port on your PC via device manager, you know that it works if you still have a connection.

For iPhones you need to download the iTunes app and connect it to pc and trust device should let you do that
