Why should this player be punished?: I arrested this guy for attempting to kill cops at the comms outpost. About 15 minutes later at City Hall, he tried to kill me because I arrested him before, breaking 3.4 and 2.5.

After additional evidence was given, the player broke 3.4 in another situation and will be issued a 1 day ban.

Logs show the player's intentions were clear here. I will add this to the ban reasoning, as they were attempting to execute you for some reason as an officer.
