Why should this player be punished?: Player RDMED me when I was walking into lake view and I didn't even have a weapon out. I lost a Glock 18c with a full mag / reflex / suppressor and also 1 impact grenade

is there a time length how long they have to respond ?

We had JUST stolen that purple car and then 2 people (with keys) run up to it and lock it to get us to not be able to steal it. That's insane and sounds like powergaming. We don't know what they were saying over voice chat, we don't know what their intentions were, but from out point of view it literally looked like someone from the ORG came to highjack out stolen car so we defended it.
