Description of the Bug: DNA Submit button hidden when using ph_ui_scale
How to reproduce the Bug: Seems to happen only on DNA where the suspect was not finished so only 2 models are shown not 3, you can't upload the DNA since the button is not clickable and buried at the bottom. Had my ph_ui_scale set to 1.3 here on 1920x1080.
