Why were you punished?: 3.4, 2.5 - User ran up to an officer who was dragging an old body out of bazaar and killed them as they believed they were wanted however the officer had no idea the user was there / had any interest in the player at all.
Why should this appeal be considered?: In all fairness, I was banned falsely, because I had Comms with my org member who told me a bunch of PD Pulled up, he told me the Officer i killed was coming up to the Cheap Shop, obviously I had drugs in me at the time and had no way out and i had to go sell and considering where the other officers where located there wasn't really a way out of it apart from shoot then run away which is what i did, and considering the amount of drugs i had on me and me being Broken out from PD, Being Wanted for Multiple Raids on murders even if he saw me he would of came straight after me, and JJB Said i could of hid, but in all fairness I couldn't of Hidden anywhere because by the sounds of it there was a Raid at Tidals so I couldn't head that way, there was a officer right in front of me and when I killed the officer another ran down from Casino stairs, and seconds before that we got chased by a command car bec I was wanted so there was also A BOLO Out on the car before the Baazar incident because my mate and his mate killed a officer who GP Me earlier so they was looking for the car, so my fairness if they saw the Car that had a BOLO Out on it not only they would have Arrested my friend for aiding and abetting they would have came looking for me two in the area, which would of lead to a shootout anyway. So regardless i had no choice and JJB Saying i should of avoided populated areas, but I can't because I need Food which I was low on, Water, Ammo and Meds, what am I meant to do stay at home and grow drugs till I get raided, or till I run out of ammo or meds and die JJB Also mentioned there was no valid reason to kill him within the F6, And in all honesty if thats the case then apparently being broken out of prison, being wanted for murders of Multiple LEO'S And Civilians and being broken out of prison and carrying 150K drugs on you isn't grounds for KOS'ING PD,
I 100% understand the drugs part as he can't see them but if its didn't shoot him and he or his buddies saw me then I would be down 160K roughly and have 10 minutes in prison and if the police are strict then that would be 170K worth of stuff lost because JJB Thinks that being wanted for the murder of Multiple LEO'S Are not grounds for KOS, I Have also looked through peoples warnings and reported people for the same thing in the past and they got let off because the reason they was wanted or they had DNA On them, and in this Case i was Wanted not for 1 or 2 but for 4 or 5 LEO'S DNA And 1 maybe 2 Civilians's and thats not grounds for KOS And i get banned but when i report other people for the same thing they don't get banned.
Additional Information: It's very contradicting how when I report people when im on PD For KOS'ING Me if the person is wanted and I haven't even seen them and they dont get banned but when I do it I get banned and the people I report most of the time dont even get a warn, because of the reason they where wanted and in a position where they couldn't leave, Which that was my position of he did see me then he would of shot me dead or GP Me i wasn't risking loosing that much money. Next time I play I'll stick my hands up and give myself up and hope they won't take my drugs and guve me 10 years 10 K and I know for a fact I was wanted because both Jodie Matthews and The Captain at the time was arguing because they where being stupid and not reading my name right so they didn't realise had DNA For 9.5 till Jodie Matthews mentioned it then a few seconds later I got broken out of PD By Herald Mibble, and a few of my mates and I never died after that and then I also participated in a regals raid killing officers, Taking a Person hostage and winning the raid so I had DNA From that, and then also the BOLO on my friends car because of him shooting a officer to free me, and also if all this is true then according to JJB I Should also avoid my own House which was large subs 2 because I owned it so realistically if I didn't kill that officer he would of more then likely raided my house which I had drugs growing in it at the time.
