Why should this player be punished?: After a PD raid which Jamari Evergreen obtained DNA in (After shooting an unconscious officer as he was about to leave). Jamari left the city and went to subs, and then to slums (perhaps looking for a raid). But then after looking at slums he went to city storage and sat for more than 7 minutes. I saw him pass us to the right side of storage and after going around the block we noticed his vehicle parked and I spotted him on the table in the right side of storage. I then followed him to gas station after he decided to get fuel. He should not have lingered near city for this extended period of time. I don't believe he took precautions to avoid capture/lessen police attention as he had even driven past us at 26:26 but still stayed at storage.

Yes, I can.
Originally, I didn't kill any officers inside the PD. I was the one 10toes being broken out. I was then given a gun by one of the raiders and could see what Jamari thought to be the arresting officer dead on the ground. The player model was female, and I didn't hear any female death moans, so I assumed she was already dead and shot her in the face for the roleplay. My character is grimy and realistically would do that. But, because of the fact I already assumed the cop was dead, I had no idea I had any DNA and didn't know that the cops could re-warrant after getting wiped. This can be proven by my F6, made shortly after asking whether the cops could even do this. I also believe I checked to see if I was warranted and wasn't at the time, then started having issues with my internet dropping packets (packet loss) once I got to storage, which caused me to stand in the same spot for a prolonged amount of time and barely indulge in the conversation that was going on there as I was tabbing in and out trying to fix my internet. My org members were talking to Babyshay, so that was the only reason I stayed there for so long. Once I fixed the issue with a DNS flush, I left to get gas and was instantly arrested, obviously having no idea that I was warranted or else I wouldn't have gotten gas at the closest place to PLPD, nor driven straight towards PD right after leaving storage.
This was done completely unintentionally and unknowingly and I apologize if I in any way disrupted your roleplay.
