Why should this player be punished?: User broke 2.5 when he started to lockpick the office vent door and immediately started to wallbang the door, which ultimately killed two innocent people

The door got opened and than closed when they seen him in the vents and than he start blasting and smoked 2 unarmed young men through the door

i open the door see the person but did not have a gun and did not have a gun on my back but the person still opened fire and killed me without seeing any weapons on my person i was just there with no firearm on me

Yes I broke into the vent and they opened the door and I shot at them I was not aware you couldn’t shoot at someone during a raid? Was I supposed to wait for them to shoot me first? I apologize if I broke any rules here

After reviewing their demo @xlduz did not see anyone armed when the door opened. They are either attempting to deceive me in this action request or remembering incorrectly due to panic and the small fraction of time they reacted in game.

As rule 2.5 states the following below, @xlduz was in clear violation, killing 2 unarmed occupants and injuring multiple others while conducting a silent raid on their property.

When raiding a base, you can kill those inside who are:

Known to be armed

Not surrendering

Entering or exiting the property with visible weapons.

If you surprise someone who is unarmed during a silent raid, you must not kill them on sight.

@xlduz Will be issued a 2-day ban, while they do not have a record for 2.5, considering the 2 players they negatively impacted by doing this; a ban will be issued so they can sit out and read over the rule again. Essentially, a day ban for each kill in this case.

Both players they killed were unarmed so no refunds will be issued as a result of this action request.
