Why should this player be punished?: Two men were racist toward me in a way that felt both hurtful and shocking. I was simply minding my own business when they started making offensive comments about my background and appearance. Their words were filled with stereotypes and ignorance. I felt angry, embarrassed, and disappointed that people can still think that way. No one deserves to be judged or insulted because of their race or culture. The experience reminded me how important it is to stand up against racism and support one another. Even though their behavior was wrong, I refuse to let their hatred define who I am.
