Suggestion Title: Your Car is Stolen Recently!
Suggestion Description: Playing as a solo or a new player makes this unbearably annoying.

Players are allowed to pull out another car for the remainder of the time until the stolen car is retrieved by the owner.

Why should this be added?:
-  Allows for counter-play to something which in some cases seems to me excessively negative. (stealing the car of someone who has no allies to help them find it)
- People stop hoarding cars and crippling other players just to troll.
- Car thiefs and xp grinders in orgs will face more push-back by victims which creates opportunities for roleplay.

What negatives could this have?:
- Multiple cars out, for whatever reason, was disabled before and this would temporarily circumvent that.

What problem would this suggestion solve?: Having your car stolen without any friends, an org, or a police presence to help you can ruin the game by completely crippling you. There is no counter-play in this case.

The ever so humble car security upgrade can help you out here to prevent this in the first place.

You could maybe make it so you cannot steal new player vehicles but it's not often that they're stolen in the first place as they all have low tier cars unless it's a lucky wheel winner.
This will also increase server load when suddenly everyone can have two cars out at once.

Thank you for actually providing feedback behind disagreeing. No sarcasm, I am serious in that because I actually appreciate it.

Two things that stand out to me about that statement are the following:

1) The car security upgrade is a prevention, not a counter-play. The issue stands that if someone does have their car stolen, there is no counterplay from that point onward.

2) The server load increase would likely be, unless I am mistaken, marginal. Someone's car being stolen, then them spawning a second car, requires those two premises to be in effect for that "load" to be incurred. Therefore, it follows that when the player-base interacts with this change, the result is most likely result that there would be no noticeable difference in performance.
 
Creepis basically wrote everything that needs to be said, but I agree it's annoying that you can't do much besides the car security upgrade.

But I'd also argue that with the addition of the metro makes it way less punishing than before to get your car stolen, so unless you are basing in the forest, it is actually not a big deal and I find it very easy to traverse the map using the metro alone.

One thing I also forgot to mention is client side performance.

I currently don't have access to vertex count. Check the top left for FPS.
There are 32 Reventon Roadster's in this image. I hover on 300 FPS with dips going to 290 FPS and going up to 317FPS, best case scenario too as this is on sandbox.

If we double this our framerate is also suffers. I hover on 264FPS here, with some dips down to 262 and 270 if the game feels like it but only briefly.

If we 4x it now as an example the framerate is now down to 190FPS. You get the idea.

This kind of effect is way worse in PERP due to how framerate is already limited. This would just make it worse for everyone if we had much more stuff to render so server side is not the only downside to this.
